That would present some interesting legal issues if it should pass. Could local attorneys general who disagreed with the state law file federal charges and try criminal cases in Federal Court?
Given that particular Federal District Court's reputation, I'd think that the judges would probably know most of the accused personally and may share some of the same growers and dealers.
Still, it would make for some interesting legal and philosophical challenges. Personally, I lean Libertarian on this one. Why feed the Mexican cartels so much cash when we could just make the stoners grow their own dope?
Our founding fathers all were required to grow pot in the pre-war time if they owned a certain amount of acreage.
