Too many have tried to make the outward look the issue instead of the inward.
No....I really think this is backwards... I think what is on the inside will always manifest itself on the outside...

No doubt...

I think the folks that lean towards the look of the world make it much more about the outside than conservative's do any day...

Well, seeing with blinders is better than not seeing at all.

Anyway, a great time was had by all and I loved seeing all my saved and unsaved friends. I now have a few people on my heart to pray for that before I wasn't aware of.

The outward appearance had nothing to do with it either - that's what is sooooo cool. The most conservative looking one there is hurting and needs God and I intend to pray for them.

That's a straight line. Not beating around the bush.

There were some there not saved, we've discussed that and they are my friends. I will love them and pray for them. I don't love someone just because they are saved.

Compassion.

Wow.....you are really starting to worry me. It's almost like they have to be saved before you can accept and love them. I'm so glad Jesus didn't have a problem hanging around water wells with "THAT" one woman.

Where's the circle?

Rev. What by means and what methods are you using to "pull someone out of the fire?" Criticizing, putting them down, judging them? Would you treat one of your kids, if you have any, like you treat the downtrodden JCM'ers, if one of your kids "changed?"

And by the way who determines what is truth and what is doctrine. Not even a large organization like the UPC can come together on what is truth and what is doctrine. It seems almost every time they try, they split. And by the way, do you believe today, "EXACTLY" as you did when you became a Rev? Have you EVER changed on anything? HAve you EVER changed any of your doctrine and truth?

Just wonderin'

Who said you can't love somebody unsaved??

Where did you read that??

Jesus went there specifically to talk to "that" woman and the rest of the Samartan's... I can garuntee you her life was changed... and again she wasn't one who walked away from Christ previously...

Those who make a decision to walk away need to also make the decision to come back to Him... it is my responsibility to accept them back and love them which we do... if they fall help them back up...
