I agree. You can have a boring service, especially, on a Wednesday night because people are tired and not expecting anything to happen - so then nothing does happen! LOL!

A man with a wife had better keep her happy! Otherwise, she might cut off her hair and cause him to have a car wreck or something else horrible!

I think the miracles, signs, and wonders have more to do with the people of God exercising their faith than anything. Although I will not say that he is not anointed of God. That is not my place to judge. Only God truly knows.

I also experienced such an atmosphere in a Benny Hinn meeting. True worship and such faith! But it had nothing to do with Benny - it had everything to do with the expectancy of the people.

If he wasn't present, would they still have such high expectancy? They know he is going to deliver, right? I'm thinking it's a combination of the speaker being present, which in turn, causes the people to have expectation.

I think certain speakers know how to incite faith in people. So the people come expecting to see miracles and demonstrations of the Spirit, and I believe God honors that. The man can be a godly man or be totally in sin, but God still honors the faith in the place.

Yes, LS said he is a pastor now. Maybe 'tommy' is a fake name in order to protect the innocent. But LS is consistant because he used this story with the same name on many different occasions.
