Randy, I am not asking you to pick my career, I am asking for your dream career.
I am still waiting to become a popcorn vendor at Disneyland, or a Matterhorn seatbelt checker...  No crab boats or ice road truckin' here.
In all truth, though- it's a good thing that God didn't answer my early prayers concerning vocation- If He had, I would be-
*A Princess
*A Disneyland Employee (which could have fulfilled the princess wish)
*A Model
* An Oceanographer
*A Writer
*An Actress (Movies)
*A Psychologist
*An Actress (theater)
* A Wife and Mom
It's funny to think about those things now

You wouldn't have wanted to be an Oceanographer or writer? I have to admit one of my dreams has been to be a published author (which I partially succeeded if you count magazines -and no, not the letters-to-the-editor section).
My dream now is to get my business off the ground which deals with data recovery.

That would be a fun thread to see on here: "What did you want to be when you were growing up?"
If I had been what I wanted to be from the time I was 6 years old until........ I don't know, maybe 25??.......... I would have been.............

Cuz today I can't even IMAGINE that I wanted to do this!!
I would have been a missionary! To Africa. For most of those years, I really wanted to go to Sierra Leone, West Africa. Apparently we had had a missionary come to our church who made a huge impression on me very early in life. That's all I can think!
