That's the problem with you post-modern folks. This thread is a work of people with a modern view (as opposed to post-modern) and they value reason as well as experience rather than making feelings supreme. You want to feel everything. If you did more excercise you would feel it.

More than 60% of adults don't get the recommended amount of regular physical activity. Worse yet, 25% of all adults are not active at all! Nearly 50% of young people aged 12-21 are not vigorously active on a regular basis. Only 19 % of all high school students are physically active for 20 minutes or more in physical education classes every day during the school week.

That's what makes it so bad. "Friday, running on a track in the noonday sun with temperatures in the 90's as part of a physical education class, Robas collapsed and died." proof that physical education should not be attempted." Why are you guys so hung up on percentages anyway?
