Most of our frustration is centered around money.

Healthcare Reform as presented is not such a bad thing-- until you start telling Americans that EVERYONE has to pay for health insurance.

Why is Immigration Reform so necessary?

Violence and crime = unnecesary money spent on issues that owuldn't be issues if the right policies were enforced, which is not a problem that started 2 or 4 years ago.

Big government, big government! Baloney!

Big corporatons that tke advantage of loop holes so they don't have to pay taxes or so that the salaries of their executives are untouched by Federal taxes! Who's accusing them?

Big corporations that shut down their ops in America and reopen their ops in India, Bangladesh and Mexico-- with little to no penalty from the government of the country they are getting rich off of-- who's accusing them?



Conservatives blaming the government is akin to some blacks who are always blaming whitey-- no one in either group makes the slightest attempt to look at the whole picture of the situation they are focussed on. Their minds are already made up.

What education money is being cut? If you are talking the one time stimulus, that should be cut. if you are talking about the teachers union deal, that was also wasted.

Education is paid for by local taxes. Maybe 8% of education money comes from federal taxes.

I think that whether you are a white executive living out in the suburbs, who doesn’t want to pay taxes to inner-city children for them to go to school, or you’re an inner-city child who doesn’t want to take responsibility for keeping your street safe and clean, both of those groups have to take some responsibility if we’re going to get beyond the kinds of divisions that we face right now.

It's not race baiting or class warfare.

Both groups of people represented have a responsibility to themselves and to their country.

It seems to me that people in both group have not been living up to their end of the bargain.
