This is true Falla39 but we also must remember that in both the OT and the NT we can see a picture of God's love and grace as well as His judgement. He is not one, without the other. In fact, the gentle lamb, meek and mild will return in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who know not God and do not obey Him (
2 Thess. 1:8). Love is the answer, but it isn't the only way God answers us or responds. A loving parent disciplines their children.
