I've never heard of it before. I see that it's made from sunflower seeds. That would probably be good. 3 grams of sugar. I think the Nutella is more in line for an ice cream topping with it's sugar content. Wikipedia says this about Nutella - "a hazelnut flavoured
sweet spread. The main ingredients of Nutella are
sugar and
vegetable oils." Ferd needs to stop eating that stuff!
