I do not know who teaches that, but I heard a man who has walked with God for many years tell this story. He was praying and told God, "It does not seem possible that American's will take the mark. They are too alert and intelligent for that." God replied to him a short time later,"They will because it will become convienient." We live in a day where Americans care more for things being readily accessable and easily obtained than their freedom and liberty.
