In my opinion, that very day the thirst in her soul was satisfied and she was born again of the Spirit as she drank of the water of the well of salvation (ref Isaiah 12:1-3)
Perhaps some time after the resurrection of Jesus she experienced an empowering of the Spirit or a clothing in the Spirit or a baptism in the Spirit or rivers of water gushing forth from her inner being (ref John 7:37-39; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-8)
