Tongues is described in the bible as a prayer language when we do not know for what we pray or as a gift to edify the group of called out ones in which case it is followed by interpertation.

This using tongues to edify or exalt self is exactly what Paul cautioned against in 1Cor.

Well, I know these two are controversial preachers.
But I was not there and don't know what happened.
Maybe they were showing people how NOT to use tongues.
Were you there?
I have seen many out of context utube videos, cut and pasted to discredit preachers.
