Not likely. As evidenced by the "apostolic swimwear" thread, one who may have more conservative convictions can not even have a normal conversation without those less conservative making it into a standards bash thread.
And yes, there are critics from both sides of the fence. But the liberal types are quicker to point out a conservatives "misguided" ways. And its funny to me because when I see a question thread by someone more liberal than me about something in everyday life, (clothes, music, etc) I simply don't post because our beliefs may be different so my opinion is not relevant. When this happens in reverse, every lib on the forum has to step in and stir the pot.
Like I said, great revelation, be tough to sell it though.

You are correct Scotty. I am learning to be mindful of other people's convictions.
I spent years in the Oneness churches watching and listening to some Oneness conservatives pick apart people's walk with Christ because they did not have the same "convictions" as they. I sat in sermons where the preachers ridiculed the Baptists, Charismatics, trinitarians etc or made fun of ladies who come to Oneness churches and under conviction, started tearing up and had mascara flowing down their cheeks.
Like I said, I thought all Oneness churches did this since all the ones I went to treated people this way.
Like rooster and hens that, when confronted by other chickens, they ruffle their feathers to make themselves look bigger than they actually are, do we humans ridicule one another in the effort to make our own [appearance] convictions look pure or at the very least ok?
I am trying not to repay the unkindness I received with unkindness. It's just that sometimes some posts will bring out raw feelings and like any human, I do respond with my thoughts.
I don't believe that I posted anything unkind in the swimwear thread. I recognize the young man has his beliefs and what do his beliefs have to do with me?
