"Legitimate Rape" victims rarely get pregnant

Todd Akin, republican senate candidate for missouri is a knuckle dragging neanderthal. saying women that are victims of "legitimate rape" have a way to shut their body down as to not get pregnant. what a prehistoric idiot.
