Acts 2:38 was addressed to sinners that were asking HOW to be saved.

You know, the old "what must we do" thing.

Where as I Cor.15:1-3 opens with Moreover, BRETHREN".

BRETHREN", folks already in the church.

I Cor. 15:1-3 is to remind SAVED folks how they got saved.
