Ha we 'naturally' seek affirmation in crowds, when in truth no one believes just like you do, or at least shouldn't, imo. This is 'clone,' or 'death,' as far as God is concerned.
While it is difficult, as I'm usually feeling the same lack of affirmation as the other, I now go out of my way, when meeting new people/groups, to be alert for those who's spirit might not immediately be in affirmation with mine, for some reason--we all experience it; meeting four new people, say, there is often that 'one' who you just seem to not click with, right away? Ya, that guy. I've even gone as far as highlighting my lack of affirmation to the other, to some interesting...results.
Don't miss out on a huge reservoir of...well, not sure how to describe it, but avenues open up with a little attention here, or close down. Reveal when you may be feeling judgemental, even, and why. "I've been brainwashed into believing a woman with bobbed hair was going to hell" goes a long way-even if you still believe that!
