Why are we not able to focus on our common belief in Jesus Christ? Is he God, is he the Father, is he the Son, is he the Holy Ghost, is he just a man? We just can't seem to decide. So we exclude ourselves from certain people because they worship differently, or they baptize differently.
And yet we have the most important oneness of all. Sinners saved by Grace, bought by the blood of the Lamb. Redeemed at great price.
Ladies, I don't care if you cut your hair, or if you wear pants, to me you are a child of God. Gentlemen I don't care if you have a beard, wear a tie, wear shorts and sandals to church, you are still a child of God. And my brothers and sisters in Christ.
Let us focus on our sameness, even though it should be easy it seems to be difficult. Let us not judge each other, but leave judgement to God, as he is the only righteous judge.
