Manchin is flat out lying about the internet. The gun has to be shipped to a licensed dealer. If you order a gun from a gun store on-line, you have to go through a background check. All of this is tracked.

I hope Ted Cruz stands up to cut through the chase. We need a legal perspective now and he is a topnotch lawyer - Rand Paul could cut through this also.
