Re: Women Preachers

one last thought for now: Only the Talmud designates the speech of women as “shameful…
....think about that....In the Bible women spoke...and they spoke the word of God....before Kings and Priests, fought battles, prophecied, gave directions to men and women alike...received the Holy Ghost...Incredibly, the Jewish religious authorities taught that a man should not salute a woman, not even his own wife, in a public place... In the Talmud, we read the statement of Rabbi Eliezer.. that “It is better that the words of the Law should be burned, than that they should be given to a woman.”.. The same rabbi, writing in the Mishnah, adds the following directive: “If a man gives his daughter a knowledge of the Law, it is as though he taught her lechery.”.. And Rabbi Judah’s famous prayer contained
the following words: “Blessed be You for
not having made me a Gentile, a
woman, or an ignoramus (Tosephta
Berakoth, 7, 18).
and for a little more....”The Talmud clearly affirms the silence of females: “A woman’s voice is prohibited because it is sexually provocative” (Talmud, Berachot 24a).“Women are sexually seductive, mentally inferior, socially embarrassing, and spiritually separated from the law of Moses; therefore, let them be silent” (summary of Talmudic
sayings).

The Talmud Called the Voice of a Woman “Shameful.” “It is a shame for a woman to let her voice be heard among men” (Talmud, Tractate Kiddushin).“The voice of a woman is filthy nakedness” (Talmud, Berachot Kiddushin).

The English translation of the Greek word,..aiskron, as “shameful” or “improper” hardly convey the strength of what the word encompasses. The affirmation in verse 35,, is that a woman’s speaking is “lewd, vile, filthy, indecent, foul, dirty and morally degraded.”
You know who else said the woman was low dirty and vile? Willam Branham...in his teachings on divorce and remarriage....I have seen a few people come out of his group but not many have got his teachings out of them...Actually serpent seed was taught long before WB...A doctrine from the pits of hell...
