David Jolly (R) just beat Alex Sink (D) in Florida yesterday. Sink outspent Jolly and still lost. That is setting the stage for a referendum against Obamacare.

Not really.
That seat has been held by a Republican for over 40 years.
Obama carried that part of the state when there was a high voter turnout.
Less than half of the people who voted in the national elections voted in this "special" election-- and then, the Republican only beat Sink by two percentage points and that's not a blowout.
I think the so-called "average American" doesn't want the Affordable Care Act repealed as much as they just want the law to work well for themselves and their neighbors. Then again, I could just be projecting.
