Oh sure, no one's come right out and said it verbatim. No con is that stupid. It's the phrases, double entendre's and hidden accusations which are being used here.
Let's recap and look at what's being suggested.
Reprobate means a person is destined for damnation. Sinner is anyone who is not a fellow believer.

I pray he makes a reversal but honestly I have never seen it done when it is this blatant.
There are already two nonexistent congregations in that city over this very thing and this will probably be no different. I will be judged and measured by the same truth that will condemn him lest he repents.

Ergo...If SP's direction will destroy what his father built (wait, his father built it?); If SE is praying that SP makes a reversal; If SE believes SP will be
condemned lest he repents; if ARP believes SP's direction has changed; and if SE is hoping every good saint leaves...
Obviously SE and ARP don't believe SP is a good guy and definitely not a fellow minister in Christ. He's a reprobate sinner in their eyes. They just don't want to come right out and say it, so they use other phrases to do so.
