Here where I live, UTAH, they have already made a change to their licenses that negates this problem.
They have also made an amendment that if someone in the office says that they cannot do the ceremony because of religious reasons then the office will find someone else to do it. They have already taken that responsibility out of the individuals hands so it can never be a problem.
What is it with Kentucky? Can't they manage their affairs or do we need to send a Mormon over there to teach them? LOL I am kidding on that statement.
