1) Roger Stone? Seriously? The ex Trump lobbyist and guy who placed ads for he and his wife in swinger mags? The same Stone who was fired after a recording was released of him threatening the 83-year old father of a political rival? That Roger Stone?
2) Discovery isn't the issue, the issue is a politician has a very high bar in a slander/libel case. They're already in the public's eye and unless he can prove malice and that Stone knew they were false, it wouldn't go anywhere.
