the name of God is holy only when it is exclusively referring to him, not when it refers to someone else.
A transliteration is an attempt to duplicate a name in another language, but it is hardly perfect because every language has its own sounds, syntax and grammar that are difficult to translate perfectly into another language.
you can have your original birth certificate or a copy and both of them are recognized as legitimate, but only one is the original, the other is just a copy, but it is not the original.
