This is Trump SOP. The case has been going on since 2011, with the Judge involved. The Judge has ruled for and against Trump at different times during this 5 year long trial. Yet only now does Trump come out and do what he always does, which is to attack and smear the character and integrity of the Judge.
Again, it's Trump's SOP, his MO. When Ben Carson was ahead in the polls last year, Trump equated him to a pedophile. When Cruz rose in the polls and began winning delegates, Trump began calling him a liar and attacked his family.
Now for 5 years Trump and his lawyers have had no issue with this Judge...until the story began to gain traction and the Judge ruled against him in releasing records (which had to be done due to a FOIA request).
Suddenly now the Judge can't do his job because he's Hispanic. Note: Trump did NOT say it was because he believed the Judge was associated with a radical group. I challenge any Trump supporter to show where, in the original attack, Trump said anything other than the cause being due to the Judge's ethnicity.
