Get into network solutions, coding, etc. One of the fastest growing industries (tech) and it doesn't take 6 years of college, you could be self employed rather quickly. Use some of the new income to invest in multifamily real estate instead of 401k or IRA scams, retire in ten years, write a book, and move to Fiji.
