the best answer to the question of oneness and trinity is, jesus said if you see me you have seen my father also because i and my father are one, remember jesus always spoke in parables. he was telling his desciples he was god. Read john 14:7

First, and I mean no disrespect in this but you are incorrect.
Jesus never said what you have claimed here... you cut His words from two entirely different conversations and then and pasted them together into a single sentence adding your own words to make it sound like Jesus actually said what you presented.
Joh 10:30....I and my Father are one.
Joh 14:7....If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Neither of these statements original context supports what you have done.
Doing so is dishonest, and makes YOU a liar... and eliminates any credibility for any of what you have said.
Do not forget
John 5:37...."And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me.
Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape."
How can BOTH statements be true...
John 5:37, AND
John 14:7 & 9?
Thus when Jesus was speaking and doing they were NOT hearing the Father's voice, and when they saw Jesus they were NOT seeing the Father in a literal sense.
Physically seeing Jesus was not physically seeing the Father in the literal sense, but rather in the conceptual sense because all that the Father was revealing of Himself to mankind was done so in what Jesus said and did, so then when you have seen Jesus you have "seen the Father" in the figurative sense, and yet not in the literal sense.
If you try to make
John 14:7 & 9 literal, you make
John 5:37 a lie.
