Are All Oneness Christians Apostolic By Default?

I'd say that anyone who believes in Acts 2:38 salvation are "Apostolic", but not "Apostolic Pentecostal". Pentecostalism has a history and culture involving specific forms and fashions as it relates to how they interpret modesty/holiness that are often found in their dress codes. An "Apostolic" is simply one seeking the salvation originally received and taught by the Apostles (Acts 2:38).

For example, I believe in Acts 2:38 salvation, and so I identify as being "Apostolic". But I have a beard and I don't put much emphasis on the outward dress codes, etc., of Pentecostalism. As a result, I don't identify as being "Apostolic Pentecostal".
