Even though you would never notice in Gumbo if they were cleaned or not. That yellow ooze dissipates into the Gumbo. Pastor Herman Hebert bought me three pounds of boiled crawfish. I ate it all yellow ooze and all. Wouldn't do it again, and never have. |
