You are sitting in a quiet room or office and someone decides to clip their fingernails - or even in church.
It just drives me nuts!!!!
I wonder where are those clipped nails flying through the air going to land? In my drink, my hair or lord knows where else.
I think there are some things that need to be done in the privacy of your own bathroom!
