Well, yesterday was my first day on the job taking calls for HSN and I have to admit I was a complete flop! I absolutely did not do even one thing right...Tina, you said it was easy, but that must be after you get the system down...either that or I'm a complete dummy (no surprises here!). Please don't call yourself names...it is an insult to God...girl he did not create a dummy....you were just new and learning...we all have to learn when we are taking on a new challenge!
