There are pockets of KKK in small towns through that area. I am familiar with some towns east of Decatur that have this problem. But I have also seen evidence of the KKK in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. It's usually in small towns that are considerably removed from anything resembling a city.
It is an outrage, yes, but mostly I find it sad. It is saddening to see where the flesh leads people, and to think, 'there but for the Grace of God, and the Holy Ghost within me, go I.'
Klansmen need Jesus just as badly as Mormons or Muslims.
