Elder Russell did NOT teach that but he believed that unless he changed in his last years which I doubt. Anyone hearing him preach would have never believed he believed that. Also Elder Russell was not much of a conversationalist however as a young man I traveled hours with him and we discussed this. I am glad most do not know he believed this.
