I normally said "Let the Blood of Jesus Christ Cover. I agree with what has already been said. The blood has always had meaning in the Bible going back to the OT. A good example of the Blood covering was when the Death Angel passed over. In the NT we have the Blood of Jesus that never loses it's power. I just think when I am covered by the Blood the Devil can't touch me because I am under the Blood.
I have heard the term Plead the Blood but never understood it so I don't use it.
