The wedding ceremony on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and I cannot overemphasize how glad I am that Ashley decided to do this instead of a traditional wedding. The only bad news is that Adam got food poisoning and started throwing up about midnight the night of the wedding!!!! He was violently ill, but is some better, after they had to get a doctor and a poison control person to see to him. We went over to their resort yesterday afternoon and took him some prescription Lomotil and Phenagren (sp) that I had leftover from the trip to Kenya, but I think the doctor ended up giving him something different.
Oh well.....it will make a good story to tell their kids someday.
Anyway, tomorrow it's back to the real world. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Sounds like a fun trip before the wedding ceremony. But I was wondering if this was the official wedding or was the one in San Fransico? Didn't hear any mention of the groom's family weren't they in attendance?
And just a reminder, I am sure you know this, but it is illegal to pass on any prescription medications to anyone other than to whom they are prescribed. Guess that is the nurse coming out in me. Anyway sounds like you had fun...well except for the groom. So sad for him to be so ill on his wedding night or his second wedding night... either way what a bummer. Pray he is all better now.
