You don't get to have it both ways: either Acts 2:38 must be obeyed EXACTLY AS PETER PREACHED IT on the day of Pentecost, or it's not Acts 2:38 salvation. Since you and others here believe all three elements must be present (repentance, water baptism in Jesus' name [by which you mean someone must speak the name over someone like a magical incantation], be baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues) before a person is saved, what you're really saying is that God gives the Holy Ghost only to unsaved people (since they're not saved until they receive it).
