1. I like to wrap Christmas gifts in plain brown packing paper and red ribbon.
2. Walt Whitman is my favorite poet, albeit somewhat shocking and rumored to be a homosexual by some accounts.
3. I never regift. My Grandmother used to give me wrapped presents when I would visit, and usually it was something I had seen before--sitting on one of her knick knack shelves for years.
4. I have short, stubby toes.
5. In 3rd grade I chased a boy down and tried to kiss him on the mouth. He blew a raspberry back in my face and pushed me down. LOL!!!!!
6. I hate cheap shoes. (oh, maybe you knew that one.)
7. I'm very absent minded. When I was pregnant it got even worse, with me putting my purse in the freezer, constantly locking my keys in the car, (or in the house), and leaving the car lights on.
8. My Dad loved chocolate covered cherries...when I was a kid (okay, even as a bratty teenager), I would open the box, poke a toothpick in the bottom of each candy, suck out all the cherry ganache (or whatever it was), and put the chocolate cherry back in the box for my unsuspecting Dad to eat.
