As much fun as it would be to continue to prove that coadie hasn't proved anything, I'm moving on. It's absurdity backed by nothing but the right wing nutty blogosphere and that type of "proof". Obviously, coadie's "proof" hasn't made it to a federal court house because it's bunk.
The executive privilege excuse is foolish. It was clear in January of 2008 that BO was going to compete for the Dem. nomination, thus giving the GOP and RNC 11 months to pursue the legality of his citizenship. Logic assures us that they did vet it and that there was nothing to disqualify BO from the Presidency or they would have used it against him. I'm sure his fierce rivals in the GOP wouldn't have waited until the election was lost to pursue that matter. That's logic.
When and if a U.S. court decides this is worth hearing, I'll comment further. Until then, I'm going to bow out of this rumor mongering distraction that coade, newman and the others who are still upset about the election would like to continue talking about. There depleted party got it's collective tail handed to it in the election and it's a bitter pill for them to swallow.
Until it's brought before a court, I'll consider it wild speculation fueled by a deep dislike/hatred of Barack Obama.
coadie, when a State or Federal court decides to hear this matter, you be sure and start a new thread and inform the rest of us that all your "proof" actually was "proof" and not just drivel from the usual right wing sources.
