We are hosting a small conference (limited to about 30 couples) called Backstage Pass in October at our Jackson church. If anyone is interested, you can check it out on our website -

It's a Thursday night and Friday - with teachings by Eddie about church growth and some key principles that we've learned over the years. They Friday night is a Summit service, with all the L & T churches coming together. On Saturday, if anyone wants to stay, there will be teaching/training throughout the day for youth, children, music, etc. - but that's not really part of the conference.
Several people have asked over the past few years for us to do something like this, so we thought we'd try it. We're certainly not thinking that we have all the answers, but we have learned one or two things throughout the past 30 years of ministry. LOL! We've learned all the things NOT to do.
All meals are included, BTW. The fee is $65, and your spouse can come free.
