It is a big question, and certainly cannot be exhausted here - but it is a concept worth pursuing because Jesus in his
John 17 prayer said this, ""Now, this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent."
Jesus made this prayer just minustes before he was to be taken by the soldiers. What do you think he meant by knowing Him?
