One of the missionaries that I support on a regular basis is Nona Freeman. She and her husband, E.L. Freeman were married in 1937 and began pastoring in Rosepine, LA a few years later when they were both in their early twenties. In March 1948 they left for South Africa with their small children and served there for 41 years. In 1999 E.L. Freeman died. Nona is now 93 and rather frail but she does some writing and still speaks or preaches when she can. She has written several books. She supports missionaries by prayer and also financially from the sale of her books. This is from her recent newsletter which came in the mail a couple of days ago:

God specializes in deliverance if you will only believe! When we were in South Africa, four men brought their demon-possessed sister to a tent meeting we were holding in Eersterust. Bro. Freeman tried to find someone who could speak to her in her native language He brothers informed us that she couldn't speak any language, she could only babble. She suddenly looked Bro. Freeman in the eyes and said in perfect English, "E.L. Freeman I know you and I'm not afraid of you." Bro. Freeman replied, "You may not be afraid of me but you're afraid of the One I serve." He then said, "In the name of Jesus come out!" At that very instant, the woman was delivered and restored to her right mind and after we prayed with her, she received the Holy Ghost! No other name does it but the name of Jesus!! Many others were delivered of demon possession, sicknesses, and bondage in South Africa. The Name of Jesus did it every time!

The name of Jesus still does it today! Deliverance is available to anyone no matter what the situation may be. All we have to do is call on that matchless NAME. The name above all others ---the name of Jesus.
