Am reading a book about the current financial meltdown. Two different ones actually.

They lay the blame for this meltdown squarely on.......

That is because, they claim, he disolved the law that made investment banks and depository banks from merging.

Then his HUD chairperson forced the banks to give lending to everyone, regardless of the ability to repay.
