Laptop Recommendations??

BUT....I have a fairly new, just out of warranty, MacBook Pro laptop, 15 inch, and this morning the back plastic of the screen came detached and I can't close it.

But get this....they don't "repair it", they "replace it".

$760. I'm pi.......better not say that. I've had this issue before with Mac and have some to the conclusion, that it's a great computer. Just don't ask them to fix it. They'll kill you. This is like a spark going bad and being told you have to replace the entire engine.

I'm a VERY unhappy Mac boy right now.

I take it all back. I took it to a different Apple store and they're gonna repair it for free. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Free. Now I'm a happy Mac boy!
