Would legalizing Marijuana raise more money?
I don't know what is in this measure but I was wondering if anyone knew what stipulations or laws this would create.
For example if it's legal then can anyone start growing pot for personal use in their backyard'? If so won't that be less revenue?
If we legalize it then should we allow drug cartels to export their marijuana into California as long as they are paying some tax?
How do we regular "impairment"? Is there a quantifiable standard like there is for alcohol?
If someone steals someone elses pot plant, should our police resources be spent to investigate?
