Joking aside, I think he makes a valid point, and it is a point that has been raised many times before. The severity of penalties for marijuana-related offenses do not fit the crime. Marijuana use is akin to alcohol or tobacco use and should not be criminalize. You can get far stronger highs off of numerous prescription strength medicine. Hopefully more states will start legalizing at the state level, and that will give the government the room they need to legalize it at the federal level.

I agree that the penalties should be lighter, though it should still be jail, and multiple offenses or possesion of a large amount (normally with intent to sell) should be prison time.
I don't agree with legalizing it, and I dont believe any christian should.
