Not as a quote. And that is largely what we are talking about... things that become scriptures on their own even though they don't appear as a quote in the word.

For instance...God robed himself in flesh. The thought is there... the scripture is not.

Also... Timmy quoted scripture verbatim... It was noticed... but not deemed as necessary to comment on.
