I know of several good Apostolic Churches that are growing and having revival. One is Bro Johnny Godair's church in Durham NC that runs well over 1000 and has seen MANY receive the Holy Ghost in the last year.

I will say this...growth does not necessarily mean they are actually in revival, however. There are times when God must actually move people out of a certain body in order to have real revival and that can appear discouraging at the time. Afterward souls will be able to be won.

Have you considered daughter works? Perhaps the congregation itself has not gown much in number through the years but has been a place where souls are being won and sent out to begin new works. Just a thought...

I think far too many consider revival to mean that their church is growing, not splitting off with other congregations.

I went to a Vineyard Church in the Cincinnati area from November 1992 until around Easter 2006. We had about 5000 people each weekend in several services. I've sat in the auditorium looking around and only recognizing a couple of faces in the crowd. I was on a weekend service prayer team who prayed for those who came forward for prayer; I was part of the Monday night Growth and Healing Prayer Team; I was (still am) on the Home and Hospital Prayer Team; I attended a Wednesday morning prayer service; I usually did out reach on Saturday; and I was a POC (Pastor On Call) from 1998 until 2003 but I still would only recognize a few faces during weekend service. My wife was not involved in different activities so she really only knew a few people there. I used to tell people, "I'd really like to be part of a church that is smaller and more Pentecostal" and so that's why we changed churches in 2006. We now go to a church which does not count people on the weekend but I guess we have about 100.
