Exactly.
The holiness ones who also believe that the pastor is God's anointed intercessor on the saints behalf are the ones who leave, not the 3 steppers. Most live in an environment where the very act of questioning is an act of rebellion (or touching God's anointed) and will not even allow most subjects to be debated.
Thus a place like this is quite shocking to them. Granted some here don't need to act like bull dogs attacking either, so the disrespect DOES go both ways many times.

True, but the ardent, strong, 3-step insistent people are disappearing as well. There are very few that remain or at least, very few that speak up much.
