Well, I don't know....that's debatable to some. What's different about being full of the Holy Spirit before Pentecost and full of the Holy Spirit? It's full vs full.

Maybe its the difference of selected people being filled prior ro Pentecost and the fulfillment of Joel 2 where God said He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh.
