You and others here seem to often point out the greatness of the PCI view. Well i have a question: if the PCI was so great, where is it? What happened to it? Uh... get a book and read about it. You'll find the tone your using your questions will probably change.

PCI view is alive and well, and in fact is GROWING. The bully and politics of the PCI brethren is well documented (as DA, Sam and Pel can attest). Has nothing to do with them being wrong. That's silly and makes the assumption that because many of them left the UPCI that they were wrong.

The history that these men love to site is the history they like to invent. Thier version of history just happens to coincide with their version of the gospel. What a coincidence.

And that heresy eventually died out which is exactly my point! The truth has prevailed! If it is not of God it will come to naught and that heresy came to naught! The Acts 2:38 brethren used wisdom and giving others time to come into the truth and nearly all did and thus false doctrine fell by the wayside like tares and the truth has triumphed!

Where do you get that from? And did the early Pentecostals view that as heresy? Did they merge with heretics?

Like I said, they used wisdom and gave the others time to come to the truth of acts 2:38 and allowed the soirit of God to work in their lives. I couldn't have done it, personally, and I have a great amount of admiration for those who had patience to fellowship with those who still needed to come to the truth.

If the PAJC did not believe their PCI brethren were saved then they were liars, thieves and hypocrites.

So should the brethren be done giving others time? How long should they give a person?
