Some I have visited their home, some I have not.
I cannot say this is true for all ministers in these districts.
This is not formal research.
I will say of the 100+ ministers that I know in these districts, I do not know of any with a tv in their home.

Then maybe some of them just didn't talk about if they did or didn't because they knew it would be a point of contention?
